Services

Up North Tech and Automation L.L.C. provides low-voltage system design, installation, maintenance, and consulting services, including:

• Smart home automation

• Home theater systems

• Audio/video integration

• Structured cabling

• Networking and Wi-Fi systems

• Surveillance cameras

• Access control systems

• Intrusion alarm systems

• Fire alarm systems where permitted

• Technology consulting

Estimates and Proposals

All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Equipment pricing and availability are subject to change.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be defined within individual project agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer. Installation workmanship warranties, if offered, will be specified in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers shall provide reasonable access to work areas, utilities, internet service, and existing equipment necessary for installation or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Up North Tech and Automation L.L.C. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of installed systems.

 

Technology Limitations

Customers acknowledge that electronic systems may fail due to power outages, internet disruptions, equipment failures, environmental conditions, user error, software defects, cyberattacks, or factors beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

 

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
